Children up to 3 years old are free (meals excluded), from 3 - 6 years a reduction of 50 % is applied and
from 6 - 10 years a reduction of 20 %, cots are available at 11.00 Euros per day.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival,
no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to
15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the
total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior
to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.

All prices quoted are per person/per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Single room supplement 15.00 Euro - Double

of 10 nights is required, otherwise the prices with an asterisk

During “Ferragosto”, the Italian midsummer celebrations, only
reservations for 7 nights are accepted. Surcharge up to 15.00 Euros for stays shorter than 4 days.
The prices quoted are per apartment/per day and are inclusive of VAT and final cleaning. Apartments are rented
only for a minimum stay of 7 nights. If you want to stay during

The final price for your stay can be found in your
personal offer.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30%
of the total amount of the reservation via credit card. In case of
cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directy to the accommodation
during your stay.
Pets are allowed only on request
and are at extra charge.
Tourist tax: persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax per person per night.
This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. With a travel insurance no deposit is necessary.
